Maine BioTek, Inc. was founded in May, 2002, is U.S. owned and operated and is located in Winterport, Maine.  The core enterprise of our company is development of vaccine prototypes for the control of diseases – from concept to product.  Our goal is to transform advanced science into low cost, safe and efficacious products that promote fish farming, rural economic development, healthy communities and environmental sustainability.  The vision for our company is product innovation and carefully controlled growth.  We are currently a streamlined, early stage biotechnology company with fish health products including antibodies and vaccines, contract research services, a strong product pipeline and established collaborative partners from government, academic and industrial organizations.
